"Language and languages in modern Sri Lanka"

The workshop "Language and languages in modern Sri Lanka" is organized by Centro de Linguística da Universidade de Lisboa, at the initiative of the team of the Documentation of Sri Lanka Portuguese research project. It focuses on issues related to the multiple languages spoken currently in Sri Lanka. This session will have the participation of two speakers from the University of Colombo (Sri Lanka) and two speakers from the School of Arts of the University of Lisbon.

The event is open to the general public, with no associated cost or required registration.
