On July 14th, CLUL's researcher Fernando Brissos, along with Xosé-Enrique Costas González, at Assembleia da República, was heard by the Comissão Eventual para a Revisão Constitucional, on the matter of minority languages. The topic of discussion was the inclusion of a refence to Mirandês in the Constituion, namely the addition following addendum 

«5. O Estado reconhece a existência secular da língua mirandesa no território português e apoia a sua preservação e desenvolvimento.»

This was a proposal of the political party Livre. Only 10 proposals of alteration to the Constitution were externally heard in the Parliament.
