AUDIOLING-LP - Portuguese Language: Sound and Pronunciation
The project's goal
This project is a complement of a previous product (Portuguese Language: Computer-aided Teaching (1994 - 1997)) and it consists in the creation of didactic materials for spoken Portuguese learning. These materials include the voicing of : i) the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA); ii) the most problematic Portuguese sequences of words, such as cases of allophony, haplology, e.g.; iii) umlaut cases; iv) 40 texts from Portuguese Language: Computer-aided Teaching. It also contains auto-evaluation exercises, hearing competence tests and a program with intonation contours for the improvement of marked sentences pronunciation.
Target public
Students and general people with an advanced or intermediate level, including autonomous learners.
