War, is one of the human realities that much requires from spoken language, signals and gestures, the miracle of an effective communication. There is no human reality that overtakes such a huge communication demand than the war, in the battlefield body fight or crossfire, in the cold war with self permission to take it as propaganda, attacks announcements, messages with sender and threatening signals in trees, walls of the houses, lampposts and so on. War demands interactive moments or communicational from high ranked to base, on a descending vertical line or between partners, horizontal line as well as from soldiers to the military high ranked ascending vertical communication be free of mistakes or implication only interpreted with some additional effort. It is a tacit mistake using not easy understanding statement. The World War Second in which General George Smith Patton Jr. emerged constitutes the turning point to think twice of the whole technique – consequences, strategies and languages of the modern war and of the guerrillas in which General Jonas Malheiro Savimbi came out. From the World War Second to the modern guerrillas, Generals (high ranked) that became charismatic have such speech pattern so meaningful that we intend to analyze in this research. War situation in any context, time and place require Generals. Generals that think deeply of the war and make followers, they are charismatic… for their speeches?! It is because of the meanings of the wars that become useful to discover why Generals are followed, applauded and venerated as true charismatic men – even preaching death, in great crisis period or immeasurable sufferance. We tried to fetch and understand the outlines and the reach of the army high ranked speech proceeding from two Generals’ oral speeches that into two places and different situations lived and communicated like Generals becoming charismatic and true “combatants of the front line”. This is the speech communication we make object to our research.
